Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale or non-refundable.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear or swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 8–10 business days back to your original payment method.

• If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back without a refund.
